Country Metal

Danny Wooten

Long hair, leather jacket, ripped up jeans
Back in the 80’s was the coolest thing
Loud heavy music on the radio after school party now I gotta go.
Livin back than I thought country wasn’t cool, but look at me now 20 years after school.
I miss my old Camaro and chicks with big hair a little bit old now but I don’t care

I play tham old songs about everyday, I mixed em’ a little now it’s cool to play.
I mix metal and country, sounds kinda strange but I like it so far. In the crossroads of country, I’m playin those riffs on my guitar.

Telecaster, B-Bender, Nashville scene. Jimmy Page, Les Paul ya know what I mean.
Put em all together and ya crank it on 10. I like it so much I’m gonna play it again.

I play tham old songs about everyday, I mixed em’ a little now it’s cool to play.

I mix metal and country, sounds kinda strange but I like it so far. In the crossroads of country, I’m playin those riffs on my guitar.

I bought a guitar and started a band, loaded a truck and we
toured from a van.
Good rockin country to a crowd everyday, get ready stand
back watch me play.

I mix metal and country, sounds kinda strange but I like it so far. In the crossroads of country, I’m playin those riffs on my guitar.
