Able to Read a Label

When my stomach says eat, my mind tells me to read

And I know where to find, all the lines, with the words I need

Ingredient lists can seem so long

But I know it’s right, to check it twice, or move along

You know I read the label, front and back

I always check before I snack

Just in case it may contain a trace

I double check and play it safe

I eat what I know, like a pro, I know what I eat

And I never take a chance, it has to be okay for me
