i have to gothe train has left the station

i have to goit's time to go now

no need for tears

this game we've played

a hundred years

a drink to remembrance

from a dusty glass

then out of the bar

and into the snowyou may call it sudden

you may call it mundane

this road i must walk down

has only one lane

i'll leave my slow town

and you behind

and get to the river

to wait in line
