Champion
By Jimmy Fisher
There is a champion in me
I am much more than you see
I can do all things through Christ
That strengthens me
There is a champion in you
Think of all that you’ve been through
Let us give Him praise for we have
Overcome
In His name, we run with patience
Shining forth His grace
Giving glory and the honor
As we run our race
For we are, more than conquerors
And by faith
We humbly, yet proudly proclaim
There is a champion in me
In Him I have the victory
I will no longer accept defeat
There is a champion in me… Yeah!
Vamp:
I am, a champion
I am, a champion
(repeat)
No weapon- that is formed
Shall prosper - anymore
I’m the head and - not the tail
By His blood - I prevail
I am, a champion
I am, a champion
(repeat)
