I'm A Fighter

As young boys,my brothers and I,were taught to stand proud with a fist in each hand.

A man takes his lumps,and any old coward can walk through this world with his hands on a gun.

these were the rules of my father.

And now as a man,I believe in living a peaceful life.

But if you're trying to knock me around,then you're in for a real tough time.

Because when push comes to shove,I'm fully determined to defend myself.

With all that I've got.

For better or worse,tenacity ranks highly as a trait of mine.

I've been knocked down before,but my will is unbroken,and I'm ready to toe the line.
