Once It Was Nice

Once, it was nice

The trees had fairy lights

Reflecting in your eyesOnce, it was nice

The trees had fairy lights

Shining blue and whiteBut now their twinkle

And (?) misses your mindOnce, it was nice

We would walk the pier at night

Your sweet hand holding mineOnce, it was nice

We would walk the pier at night

To the carousel rideBut now it's dissolved

And (?) misses your mind
