ミサルカ (misaruka) is a Japanese visual kei band. Their music can be described as symphonic metal.

ミサルカ held their first concert at Meguro Rokumeikan in June 2008. Their first single 「-amakusa-」 was released in August that same year. After spending the whole year giving concerts and taking part in events, a new single called 「-Doll-」 was released in January 2009.
Unfortunately, guitarist Yusei decided to leave the band in December 2009 for personal reasons. The same decision was then taken by guitarist Mizuki in the following year. Mizuki is now in 凛 -the end of corruption world-, KISAKI's new band.
Right after the announcement of Mizuki's departure, the band itself announced that they were going on an indefinite hiatus. During this activity pause, the band started giving concerts under the name of Project -Merrow-, featuring two new and mysterious guitarists.

In January 2011, the Project -Merrow- members announced their come-back to the scene as ミサルカ again, with new guitarists called Rin and Sawah. It was also announced that the revived ミサルカ would release a brand new maxi-single in April 2011 called 「-Merrow-」, and that they had joined the label Starwave Records. After joining the label, the band released a second single, 「-Cailleach Rosary-」 and plan to release their first full album in 2012. Along with this, the band has also given away two songs for free through their website entitled "-Curse of Contract-" and "-Forbidden-," respectively.
