UK punk dub band from early 90s. The Dicemen were a 6 piece band formed in 1989 and well know in the Reading live music scene at the time. The band fused ska, punk and reggae to create a very danceable sound and played a great many gigs. They made one LP 'Sitting On The Tarmac?', and a four-track cassette tape 'Snakes and Ladders'. The tape was later re-issued with the addition of a version of the live favourite know to the band as 'Funkie' but known to their audience as 'that human race song' under the name '((Can't Play Won't Play|Can't Play...
