09 Edek Leszczyk - Maciej Maleńczuk

Maciej Maleńczuk (b. 1961) is a Polish singer, guitarist, and poet. Maleńczuk was born on the 14th August 1961 in Wojcieszów, near Złotoryja. In 1981 he was sentenced to two years in prison for refusing military service. After his release he started playing the guitar and composing songs, initially in the blues style. H played his songs as a busker on the streets of Krakow, Warsaw, Poznan, and other Polish cities.
