23 Days Lyrics

Your kiss was a perfect drug
It gave me the perfect high
And cheaters fall in love
They all deserve to dieI need to feel you again
I need your lips on my skin
For one night I could be him
Well, I could be betterIn your eyes, I thought I saw tomorrow
Now, all I see is wasted timeCan we pretend its always been okay?
We never lost it all, lost it all
Can we pretend we never left this fate?
You never lost it all, lost it allThis town's not much of a friend
After 23 days
My patience has reached its end
But Id take you back anywayHold your breath
You make the perfect sounds
This is what a love is made of
And baby, you are missing out'Cause in your eyes I thought I saw tomorrow
Now, all I see is wasted timeCan we pretend its always been okay?

Never lost it all, lost it all
Can we pretend we never left this fate?
We never lost it all, lost it allLets reintroduce our shadows
And watch them become one
This room is out of oxygen
And Im not nearly doneThe familiar face of your body
Is how I know this is right
Im not asking for tomorrow
Im just asking for tonightCan we pretend its always been okay?
Never lost it all, lost it all
Can we pretend we never left this fate?
We never lost it all, lost it allThe familiar face of your body
Is how I know this is right
Why worry about tomorrow?

Framing Hanley is a five piece alternative rock band from Cookeville (Tennessee), United States. Nixon, Chris, Brandon, Tim, and Luke came together to form a band that was eventually named Framing Hanley. (The band was called by a different name up until 2006, Embers Fade, but changed in dedication to a great friend of the band, Ashley Hanley, who passed away.) With their amazing musical abilities and live show the band quickly gained a large following in Nashville.
