A Little Louisiana Lyrics

It's a pretty good way from here to there
A light on the roof everywhere
Put your foot in a pile of blues
If I may, I will tell you what to do
Ya take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
With ya everywhere ya go
Who kows what lies a round the bend
It could be good, but then again
It could be delta, cold and bare
Like I say, ya better be prepared
Ya take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
With ya everywhere ya go
Keep it kinda handy cause you don't ever know
One day you may really need it

You can see the writing on the wall
All ya gotta do is read it---Break
Well the days are few, they're full of woe
At least the Bible tells me so
So get your lovin' while you can
It's always good to have on hand
Ya take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
With ya everywhere ya go
Ya take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
Take a little Louisiana
With ya everywhere ya go oh oh oh oh oh oh
