A Place in the Sun Lyrics

Gotta get that feelin'
God, I love this feelin'
Someone come and stop me
'Cuz this time I'm winnin'
I should've left you when I was up
I should've left you when I was up
I should've had enough sense to
Get up and leave this town
I should've had enough sense to
It was a turn around
Walkin' through the golden sands
I'm quenchin' my thirst
Jump into the fountain
And I'm goin' head first
I should've left you when I was up
I should've left you when I was up
I should've had enough sense to
Get up and leave this town

I should've had enough sense to
It was a turn around
Lost in a place in the sun
And it's going down
(Mmm)
It's going down
(Mmm)
It's going down
(Mmm)
It's going down
I should've left you when I was up
I should've left you when I was up
I should've had enough sense to
Get up and leave this town
I should've had enough sense to
It was a turn around
Wish I had enough sense to
Get up and leave this town
Should've had enough sense to
It was a turn around
Lost in a place in the sun
And it's going down
(Mmm)
It's going down
(Mmm)
It's going down
(Mmm)
It's going down
Woh
Woah

Not to be confused with the 80's minimal synth band called Anti-Matter. 1) Antimatter, a UK semi-acoustic rock band, is currently the project of long time member Mick Moss. The project was formed in 1998 by Duncan Patterson (former bassist/songwriter of Anathema) and Mick Moss. The pair released three albums together - "Saviour", "Lights Out" and "Planetary Confinement". Shortly after the completion of "Planetary Confinement" Patterson left to start another band called Íon.
