A Sacred Heart Lyrics

I am a fallen angel
I am a sacred heartI am awake and I am alive
Some say that I've won
Some say I survived
An angel vigilante others might proclaim
But as I breathe I will not be a pawn, a piece in anyone's gameI am a fallen angel
I am a sacred heartI am invincible and I am divine
Yeah, I could be a beauty with a little bit of shine
Maybe the patron saint of rage with black market eyes
Well, I've looked into the face of fear
I know what I'm doing here
Watch me flyA coward or a monster
A puppet or a slave
I make my own choice
And I will never, I will not, I will never behaveWhen did I begin the soldier's journey
When did I begin the fight
Fighting to believe what they had told me
Fighting to believe the lie

That I had to serve somebody
I never had to serve somebodyI am a sacred heart, I am a fallen angel
I am a sacred heart, I am a savage fire
Deep inside, deep inside the icy, the icy dark
I am a sacred heart, a sacred heart
A fallen angel, and I am, I am a sacred heart
