Act of Love Lyrics

Sometimes, I wake up
And I watch you sleep
And in the darkness
I wonder if Im in too deepHelp-what if its true
I say the wrong things
'Cause Im just a jealous guy
And I hurt you sometimesI make you cry
Oh, Im so sorryYou and I fit together, hand and glove
What weve got is an act of loveThats allThere are good times
And bad times too
Youre always there for me
No matter what I doDont ever turn away
Youre everything I know
Youre all I want to see
Feel like a kingWhen youre standing next to me
And if we disagree, dont forgetYou and I fit together, hand and glove
What weve got is an act of loveHere we goMy loves gigantic as the weather
Our luck can come and go

But as long as were together
Im never, never gonna wave goodbyeI light a fire
And I lock the doors
I look into your eyes
And I see what Im looking forThough sometimes, Im so unsure
You could say, Im out of control
Dont you know what this feels like
What I do, I do everything for youWhen I look, I look to you
For an act of love
Its all I feel inside
Is just an act of loveThe other side of me that hides
Behind an act of love
Its only an act of love
Comin back on meTakin you away
Its only an act of love
Comin back on me
Comin back on meIts only an act of love
Keepin me wide awake at night
I know its an act of love
Its only an act of love
