Action Satisfaction Lyrics

I seen the dead man grins, the seven deadly sins
Couldn't keep his mouth closed in the house of the Chins
The all seein' eye that recognize the rap clones
Plus possess the pin to crack the pyramid stoneIt's the call of the wild that's why my words rank high
To drop the verse for nine planets that fell from the sky
Do or die, you and I get fly with rap expressions
With the one, two, three, four, fiveIn the session with the lesson 'cause in treble and bass we trust
With the rebels orally ready in case we bust
And write a power chords and [Incomprehensible] place be plush
We kick the older school with Julio IglesiusTapes we push be straps with no safety catch
We attack like a bullet till your face relax
And think about it, if you ain't got the class to flee
Be mentally ready for Jurass-catastropheNow, now, and now it's time for me to rise
The lyric utilizer, down like fertilizer
Quick to improvise a style that can surprise ya
Your eyes is on the prize, we can go line for lineI ain't hard to find while we break your spine
My mild style reclines, I'm laid back
All that talk you need to save that

The payback is all the reason that I'm flexin'
The feds rockin' like we X-Men, ah, huh, yeahYou want action, satisfaction
The brothers with the positive reaction
The crew with the style that's on top of the pile
J5's gonna rock a long long whileYou say, you want action, satisfaction
The brothers with the positive reaction
The crew with the style that's on top of the pile
J5's gonna rock a long long while[Incomprehensible] set, who's up next to pull a fast one?
Lyrically connect the dot and then I blast one
Now, who wants action, satisfaction?
Lyrics reminds you of bass, I'm everlastin'Castin' plagues my styles to crossin' switchblade
My momma should'a named me Grace
'Cause I'm amazingly blazing with the fire and desire
I'm world renowned, I gets down to the wireNah, if any child of mine get outta line boastin'
My style of rhyme covers you like calamine lotion
Lifted like outta vine motion, I spend time strokin'
You still drink [Incomprehensible] dime potion and dime boastin'But now my rhymes open realms of spirituality
We be givin' power that you can share with your family
Aerodynamically cuttin' through danger
Rippin' your narrow mentality, nothin' but flavor, I got youYou want action, satisfaction
The brothers with the positive reaction
The crew with the style that's on top of the pile
J5's gonna rock a long long whileYou say, you want action, satisfaction
It's the J5 Jurassic, not the Jackson 5
Been alive and well, unify, rebel
Set the clock, only time could tellFather, what you say you want satisfaction?
What, a-what, what, a- what? Action
Father, what you say, you want satisfaction?
A little action, faFather, what you say, you want satisfaction?
Positive ac-action
Father, what you say, you want satisfaction? AahThe moral of my oral ammunition rendition
2na fish [Incomprehensible] Marc Seven collision
Yo, we be forever keepin' niggas on they P's and Q's
And then the B's who snooze leave diseased and bruisedI see through your crews like an X-Ray tube
That gamma rayed your function, left you with assumption
That we be the butter clique
We smothered with the action, satisfaction
Guaranteed to be JurassicYou want action, satisfaction
The brothers with the positive reaction
The crew with the style that's on top of the pile
J5's gonna rock a long long whileYou say, you want action, satisfaction
The brothers with the positive reaction
The crew with the style that's on top of the pile
J5's gonna rock a long, long while, that's rightWe gonna get y'all, yeah, we don't stop, to defeat y'all, J5

Jurassic 5 was originally a six-piece hip-hop crew that was formed in 1993 at the Los Angeles, California venue Good Life. Rappers Chali 2na, Akil, Zaakir aka Soup, Mark 7even, and turntable maestros DJ Nu-Mark and DJ Cut Chemist came together from two separate crews, the Rebels of Rhythm and Unity Committee. Cut Chemist left the band in 2006 to pursue a solo career.

The group debuted for TVT Records in 1995 with the single for Unified Rebelution. Their acclaimed position in the 1990s alternative hip-hop movement, alongside artists including Company Flow, Black Star and Kool Keith, was confirmed when the Jurassic 5 EP was released in December 1997.

The EP was later repackaged with additional tracks and released in December 1998 as the band's full-length debut album, entitled Jurassic 5 LP.

The tracks harked back to the old school attitude of new york's Native Tongues Posse, the seminal late 1980s coalition of artists who reaffirmed rap's social agenda, which included De La Soul, the Jungle Brothers and A Tribe Called Quest. This was evident on the song Concrete Schoolyard ("Let's take it back to the concrete streets/Original beats from real live MCs"), and the album even provided the troupe with a surprise uk Top 40 single when it reached number 35 in November 1998. The other stand-out track, Jayou, was built around a hypnotic flute loop from Pleasure Web's Music Man Part 1 (Music Man Part 1).

In 1999, Jurassic 5 signed to Interscope Records, who re-released the Jurassic 5 EP. This was followed by their second album (their first on a major label), Quality Control.

In 2002, they released their third album, Power In Numbers, which was followed by touring with the newly-revived Lollapalooza festival in the summer of 2003.

Their latest album, Feedback, was released on July 25, 2006.

On March 21, 2007, in an interview with the Australian news outlet News.com.au, Zaakir confirmed that the band would be breaking up after their current and final live-tour.
