Admit It Lyrics

You and I, you and I, you and I
You and I, you and I, you and IHad a good night, last night
I must admit that I was frightened
But you were cruel
When I awoke, I was enlightenedWill you admit it
Will it show through
Your pure clear eyesWhen will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing bad things to me?
When will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing me wrong?
Everything's alrightI'll never say what you were doing
We'll keep it quiet
It's just a thing I need provingWill you admit it
Will it show through
Your pure clear eyesWhen will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing bad things to me?
When will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing me wrong?

Each time I fallYou and I, you and I, you and I
You and I, you and I, you and I
You and I, you and I, you and I
You and I, you and I, you and IGood night, last night
I must admit, I was frightened
But you were cruel
When I awoke, I was enlightened
Everything's alrightI'll never say what you were doing
We'll keep it quiet
It's just a thing I need provingWhen will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing bad things to me?
When will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing me wrong? When will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing bad things to me?
When will you admit it?
When will you admit you're doing me wrong?

EMF were an indie/alternative dance band which formed in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, England in 1989 and best known for their 1990 hit "Unbelievable". The band consisted of James Atkin (vocals, guitar), Ian Dench (guitar, keyboards), Derry Brownson (keyboard, samples), Zach Foley (bass) and Mark Decloedt (drums). The band originally disbanded in 1997 and reformed in 2001. Foley died of a drug overdose in January 2002 and the band only played four more shows that year before disbanding once more. The band re-formed for a second reunion in 2007, which ended in May of 2009.
