Admitting Lyrics

First attempt at transcribing -- underlined are the words that I'm not quite sure of.
Oh, I must admit I’ve been a little lazy
And I’ve been sitting in my chair.
Sometimes when the world just seems so crazy,
I lie to hide myself away in ???? .
No one can see me healing? completely on my own -
I've got my mandolin and one little microphone.
Oh, I must admit I haven’t been the greatest...
No, I haven't followed through with all our plans,
And I know there's no excuses that could change this.
After all the freedom and time on my hands?
I'm living in a world where ???? and races.
I'm walking through a world of so many different faces.
Oh, I must admit how much I love you;
I never say it like I'm saying it right now.
Oh, there's nothin’ like the feeling when I touch you.
There's no one else that makes me feel so bright?

No one sees you hidden behind me,
Nobody really knows about the way that we love.
And the places our hearts will go...
So let’s live in our own -- in our own little world.
You and me -- in our own little world.
There's no one else that makes me feel so bright?
I never say it, so I’m singing it outloud...
Theres no one else that makes me feel so bright.
