Afterlife Whispering (SOOHAN remix) - Conscious Kalling

A beat, a space, and weird worldly instrument. Thats the best way I've heard anyone describe my music. Conscious Kalling music is about breaking the boundaries of what music should be. In a few words, Conscious Kalling is cultural appropriation music - using instruments from cultures across the globe, elements of modern EDM, and tribal rhythms. In one word, it's weird. Drums, kicks, claps, clicks, and pops form the foundations of primal soundscapes that often don't adhere to the traditions of western popular music. I made a conscious decision to cast aside the idea of conforming to genre standards, and instead focus on creating music that asks: why not? It's weird, infectious, deep, and tribal; psychedelic, emotional, and complex. It's that drippy late night feeling and a spiritual uplifting existing harmoniously. This music is my kalling.
