All That Could Have Been - Strange Rebel Frequency

Strange Rebel Frequency is an independent Los Angeles-based band that plays stripped down, heartfelt, rootsy alternative rock music. Featuring the dark vocal stylings of enigmatic singer/songwriter D.M. Cross, often paired with the sweet female voice of Maree Camu, it is the combination of dark and light, the sweet and sour, the introvert and extrovert, that gives the band its unique sound. Drawing from the influence of artists such as Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Johnny Cash, and even Bruce Springsteen, they have also bring elements of the Southern Cal bands they grew up listening to - from the Doors and Love to X, Concrete Blonde and Social Distortion to Jane’s Addiction and Kyuss. SRF hope to carry the torch for great West Coast rock music for many years to come.

Strange Rebel Frequency have just released their long-awaited third album, “Our Refining Days,” which follows 2007’s "Sans Restless Memory," and their 2006 debut "House of Four & Hearts."
