All You Had To Say Lyrics

All you had to say
Was that you want me
All you had to say
Was that you cared
All you had to say
Was that you love me
Instead you were
Never really thereYou came into my life
When I was with somebody else
I opened up my heart to you
And told you how I felt
I never looked at you
As nothing more than just a friend
But your sweet words
Your sweet kiss
Baby let you right inDamn you was good
Damn you was tight
I wish I knew you ere no good

That you were just a liarAll you had to say
Was that you want me
All you had to say
Was that you cared
All you had to say
Was that you love me
Instead you were
Never really thereJust the sound of your voice
Makes me realize
How much i don't need you
In my life
So don't you call me on the phone
'Cause you're just wasting time
And as a matter of fact
I swear you don't even
Cross my mindDamn you was good
Damn you was tight
I wish I knew you ere no good
That you were just a liarAll you had to say
Was that you want me
All you had to say
Was that you cared
All you had to say
Was that you love me
Instead you were
Never really thereSay goodbye
To the best thing
That you've ever ha
Say goodnight
To the dreams of us getting back
No more wishing on a star
For you and me
'Cause in my heart you and me
We'll never beAll you had to say
Was that you want me
All you had to say
Was that you cared
All you had to say
Was that you love me
Instead you were
Never really there
