Gai Barone is Gaetano Barone, electro/prog-house/trance DJ and producer from Italy. An exceptional talent, his other aliases include Gaetano Barone and Gai. Born 34 years ago, he started playing the piano at age 4. He kept on playing until he heard the club sound in 1989 and fell in love with house music, especially acid house. By 1990, he was Djing all over Italy, playing tracks from progressive to techno. By 1995 he was producing elementary and minimal tracks using F-tracker, an old but serviceable piece of software.
