Approaching Lightspeed Lyrics

I try to breathe, I try to think of you
Don't know if trying will do
The silence a mirror
That breaks the light in twoThe silence a mirror
That breaks the light in twoCome to me and with violence
We'll discover what will make us free
Accelerate, we'll try to stand
Where no one [Incomprehensible] to beWe're climbing high, we'll fly away
We're fearless indeed
When time stands still, a moment lasts
Approaching lightspeedApproaching lightspeed
Approaching lightspeedWe're climbing high, we'll fly away
We're fearless indeed
When time stands still, a moment lasts
Approaching lightspeedWe're fearless indeed
(Approaching lightspeed)We're climbing high, we'll fly away
We're here to move, we move to stay
When time stands still a moment lasts

We're moving on, we're flying fastWe're climbing high, we'll fly away
We're here to move, we move to stay
(We're fearless indeed)
When time stands still a moment lasts
We're moving on, we're flying fast
(Approaching lightspeed)We're climbing high, we'll fly away
We're here to move, we move to stay
(We're fearless indeed)
When time stands still a moment lasts
We're moving on, we're flying fast
(Approaching lightspeed)We're climbing high, we'll fly away
We're here to move, we move to stay
(We're fearless indeed)

"Wolfsheim" (pronounced [ˈvɔlfshaɪm]) is a German band from Hamburg. Their musical style takes cues from the New Romantics, New Wave and Synthpop; the lyrics tend to be melancholic, but at the same time modernist. They were inspired by the name of a fictional character from Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby.
Formation
The band was founded in 1987 by Markus Reinhardt and Pompejo Ricciardi. Reinhardt's brother Oliver Reinhardt joined the band sometime afterward. After producing a demo tape, co-founder Ricciardi left the band and was replaced by Peter Heppner.
