As Long As There's a Sunday Lyrics

Though I can't come to see you every day
It just happened things turned out that way
But that don't mean you're not the apple of your daddy's eye
And as long as there's a Sunday I'll come by
As long as there's a Sunday your daddy's here
Though I think about and love you all the time
And even though dear some have said I have no right to you
As long as there's a Sunday you'll be mine
And someday dear I hope you'll understand that I come by as often as I can
So you be good and mind your mom and tell her I said hi
And as long as there's a Sunday I'll come by
And as long as there's a Sunday I'll come by
