His lyrical style is reminiscent of early rappers like Rakim and G Rap while the beats, laid down by Hoax One, are both influentially stylistic and artistically fresh. Blame’s tone is unique and sometimes hard to place but his rhyme palette is characteristically wise, giving truth to the old adage “respect is a privilege not a right.
