Atlas - We Came From The North

We Came From The North are an instrumental 4 piece post rock band from Edinburgh. Through heavy distortion to melodic, delayed guitars and driven drum beats, We Came From the North perform an enticing and powerful live performance, one that has taken them on a number of small tours around Scotland throughout the majority of 2013. This also included a brief stop at Bannermans Bar to win the 30 days of IPA Battle of the Bands contest over the cream of Edinburgh talent!

Originally formed from members of Inverness based bands Shutter and Oceansfall, they have combined their individual talents to craft an incredibly enjoyable, atmospheric post-rock sound.

Having recorded and mixed the majority of their debut EP here at 7th Harmonic last summer, they will be finally releasing "From Which All Things Depend" on Saturday March 22nd at Opium - Alternative Club & Bar, alongside We Ate Them Off The Floor and Wozniak!
