Awake - Mastercab

Mastercab is Brussels-based band, consisting of Elke Jacobs and Stan Nieuwenhuis. The two of them met in 2004 and played together in a band called Aix. In 2007, however, they decided to move on with just the two of them. They formed the band mastercab which will release its first EP in April 2008, written, recorded, performed and mixed by themselves. Elke writes all lyrics and is doing the main vocals. She also plays guitar, keys, bass, and what she calls "stuff". Stan plays trumpet, keys, guitar, bass, ... is doing backing vocals and makes all the beats.
