B.I.C. Lyrics

Here comes the rain
Another dole queue day
I'm gonna get some money
Can I? No way
Done to the social
Then an interview
Got my qualifications, they say we don't need youHere comes the rain
And I'm hanging around
Gonna leave this city
The place is getting me down
Don't care about tomorrow
One more dole queue day
Got my qualifications, they say go away
B.1.C - B.1.C
I don't wanna B.1.C
Here comes the rain
It's my big day
I'm going down to the social

To get my pay
Make sure the next time
You're dressed for an interview
Your qualifications won't help youB.1.C - B.1.C
I don't wanna B.1.C

Formed in 1976, as the UK Subversives, in London, United Kingdom the original line up consisted of Harper, Nicky Garrett (guitar), Pete Davies (drums) and Paul Slack (bass), although the line-up of the band changed frequently. Their style combined the energy of punk and the rock and roll edge of the then thriving pub rock scene. Early success was found with singles such as "Warhead", "I Live in a Car", and "Tomorrow's Girls", with several of their songs managing to enter the United Kingdom's Top Forty. Their biggest selling album came with 1980's Crash Course.
