Back Biters Lyrics

Lyrics for Back Hitters by Eric Donaldson
I see them standing
chipping and whispering
they want another
although they eat and drink with you
and tells you how much
you are the number one
riding on the east parade
but when you turn your back
then they are talking
on top of nothing about you
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites
dem ar call on dey
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites

dem ar call on dey
now any body
wants to play the almighty
and want to live my life for me
tell them I say
no tries
“Although they eat and drink with you—
Eric Donaldson
although they eat and drink with you
and tells you how much
you are the number one
riding on the east parade
but when you turn your back
then they are talking
on top of nothing about you
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites
dem ar call on dey
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites
dem ar call on dey
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites
dem ar call on dey
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites
dem ar call on dey
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites
dem ar call on dey
see the back hitters
dem ar call on dey
see the hypocrites
dem ar call on dey
(Repeat till fades)
