Back In The Doghouse Lyrics

With things alright for a little while
But then the story of my life
Was gonna wipe that smileYou heard the born of a bad sign
And a baba black sheep
With me in trouble
I always think that was meBack in the doghouse
What did I do wrong?
Back in the doghouse
And I'm singing this song, wellSong of the last minute
But is the doghouse a place?
Yeah, it's more like you said
That you gotta faceWhen you find the doghouseDog, you ain't know
'Cause there ain't no escape
And there's nowhere to goBack in the doghouse
What did I do wrong?
Back in the doghouse
And I'm singing this song, wellYeah, back in the doghouse
What did I do wrong?

Yeah, back in the doghouse
And I'm singing this songYeah, back in the doghouse
What did I do wrong?
Yes, I'm back in the doghouse
And I'm singing this songBack in the doghouse

Steve Wold, more commonly known as Seasick Steve, is an American bluesman, although he rather would be called "a song and dance man." He plays guitars (mostly personalised), and sings. When asked about his nickname, Steve said: "because it's just true: I always get seasick." He is a 18th Century hitman, who reaches back to the old women but also has a punk bitch waiting for him at home, and a gravelly, soulful voice.
