Back to the Bed Lyrics

I awoke to a feeling that I've felt before
that slowly started stirring in my mind
open my eyes to see the light bounce off the nightstand
it illuminated memories of the nightI was alone and she landed next to me
an angel in her independent right
But not me; a coward, a monster
too scared to face the truth inside the lightIt all comes back to the bed
it all comes back to the bed in your room
It all comes back to the bed
it all comes back to the bed in your roomI started moving when the feeling that surrounded me
was threatening to pull me through the floor
I had to run pick up the pieces I was panicking
I stumbled down the dark out to the doorI was alone as people passed by me
a broken man just waiting for a train
and in the end I stood there at the station
with nothing left inside of me but painIt all comes back to the bed
it all comes back to the bed in your room
It all comes back to the bed

it all comes back to the bed in your roomTo feel as one in the red light sun
we watch it burn away tonightI was alone and she landed next to me
an angel in her independent right
But not me; a coward, a monster
too scared to face the truth inside the lightIt all comes back to the bed
it all comes back to the bed in your room
It all comes back to the bed
it all comes back to the bed in your room
