Backtafunk Lyrics

Youre gonna fix my heart
Youre gonna free my soul
Not many learn what
The two of us can do
Or what we do it forSign my name
Im gonna join your club
You give me love and theres
Two of us to feel just say the word
And Im giving my love to youYou got me backtafunk
And Im still turning
Got me backtafunk
And Im still turningYou got me backtafunk
I cant explain, no alibi
The rhythm got me paralyzed
You got meYou call it dj vu
Of being there before
So many lose what
The few of us can find

And never mentionYoure gonna break my will
Youre gonna take me down
So many pay
When the two of us can stealSo give what I want
And I could be a king for you
You got meBacktafunk
And Im stil turning
Got me backtafunk
And Im still turningYou got me backtafunk
I was so disorganized
Rhythm cut me down to size
You got meHelp me Im in trouble deep
High as I can go
There may be love on the street
And Im bad enoughYou got me drowning in my sleep
But I will find you when I wake
And its time
You got me backtafunkBacktafunk to back
BacktafunkBacktafunk to back
BacktafunkBacktafunk to back
BacktafunkOh, oh Im still turning
Backtafunk
Oh, oh Im still burning
Backtafunk
Oh, oh Im still learningOh, oh Im still turning
Backtafunk
Oh, oh Im still burning
Backtafunk
Oh, oh Im still learningOh, oh Im still turning
Backtafunk
Oh, oh Im still burning
Backtafunk
Oh, oh Im still learning

The Bee Gees, originally made up of three brothers: Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb (died 2012), and Maurice Gibb (died 2003), have been successful for most of their 40-plus years of recording music. They had two distinct periods of exceptional success: as a pop act in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and as a foremost act of the disco music era in the late 1970s. The Gibb brothers were born on the Isle of Man, UK to English parents in 1946 (Barry Alan Crompton Gibb, September 1) and 1949 ( twins Robin Hugh Gibb and Maurice (pronounced "Morris") Ernest Gibb, December 22).
