Zac Hicks (M.Div., Denver Seminary; B.A., Biola University) grew up in Hawaii, studied music in Los Angeles, and trained in Philosophy and Biblical Studies at Denver Seminary. He served for five years as Minister of Music and pastoral intern at at a church plant in north Denver before coming to Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church as Associate Pastor of Worship & Liturgy, where he has served since 2007, overseeing their classical and contemporary services and leading their mission in and to the arts of the Denver Metro region. Zac is an avid blogger and recording artist, having contributed to several retuned hymn compilation albums in addition to two full-length worship recording projects, The Glad Sound (2009) and Without Our Aid (2011). He is a contributing author to the forthcoming book, Doxology & Theology (Nashville: Lifeway, 2013).
