Joyce Jonathan (born on November 3, 1989 in Levallois-Perret) is a French singer-songwriter and France's first major success to be spawned by the internet. Jonathan revealed a precocious talent for music as a child; she began playing the piano when she was only five, and picked up the guitar a few years later. Jonathan began writing songs when she was 11 years old. At 18, after her graduation, she had only one thing in mind, to be a singer-songwriter.
