Bloodties Lyrics

Feed on us to gain our powers
Deals are forged underneath tables
While dead peasants are asleep
Enemies in the public eye
Discuss plans to herd their sheep
Do one thing then say another
Labels their legacy
They want us to hate each other
Then covet our currency
The world elite
Want us to suffer
Immersed in fear
Ensures Project Consumer
The world elite
Want us to suffer
Immersed in fear
Ensures Project Consumer

The masses eat religion
Brought forth by fools with visions
Under some influences
Prophets on ancient drugs
Lies, across the nations
Lies, subliminal mind control
Lies, future plagued by autism
Lies: Population control
War: On our intelligence, prescribed
War, on our intelligence, deprived
War, on our intelligence
Perverts brainwash
Precious technology guarantees our
relentless dependency
Keeping us
Distracted with their racism
Pointless factions
Drunk actors and drugged athletes
They're our saviours
Artificial reality glamorized-materialistic
We're walking advertisements ripe for selling
Selling
Everything's propaganda
Everything's propaganda
Everything's propaganda

The Midwest based quartet JUNGLE ROT have garnered a large and loyal following within the last 10 years due in large part to having a style more similar to acts such as Slayer and Sodom, rather than the typical Cannibal Corpse and Suffocation rip-offs that the underground extreme music scene is so oversaturated with. The sound and attitude that JUNGLE ROT have exposed the public to is one of efficiency and execution. JUNGLE ROT have never tried to be the goriest or most technical band in the extreme underground, but instead have focused on flowing grooves and infectious, catchy songwriting.
