Blue Girl Lyrics

The Bruisers - Blue Girl - 1963 by Les Vandike
Blue, Blue, Blue, Blue Girl
Little girl standing there by the riverside
Tears running down her cheek she cannot hide
What is she doing there?
That little girl, she’s crying, heartbroken
The boy she gave her love token has denied her love
And she’s a blue, blue, blue, blue girl,
A blue, blue, blue, blue girl
A blue girl
A blue girl
Now comes a lonely boy by the riverside
He’s running like a deer straight to her side
What are you doing here, my little girl?
I’m crying, heartbroken, I gave you my love token, you denied my love
Now I’m a blue, blue, blue, blue girl
A blue, blue, blue, blue girl
A blue girl

A blue girl
Now flows the lonely river deep and wide
Once more the river heard a voice that cried
Where is my love my own unhappy girl
I lost her for ever, but in the dark I’ll never land my voice will cry
Where is my blue, blue, blue, blue girl
My blue blue, blue, blue girl
My blue girl
My blue girl
