Blue Sky Lyrics

Sing me a lullaby
Wont you wipe away my pain
Take me out, oh, of the driving rainSing me a lullaby
Keep me warm and dry
Oh mother, Im counting on youTo paint me a blue sky
May the colors run true
That I may look to the Heavens
When I search for the truthPaint me a blue sky
Keep me warm and dry
Oh mother, Im counting on youTo paint me a blue sky
Oh, paint me a blue sky
Oh, paint me a blue sky
Oh, paint me a blue sky, yeahIt seems like so long
I tried to keep it inside
So many people go through life
It seems they just get byNow I know the truth
Someone paint me a blue skyPaint me a blue sky
Paint me a blue sky, yeah, yeahHey, yeah, yeah, yeah

Paint me a blue sky
Oh, oh yeah, paint
Paint me a blue sky
Let's get somethin' to fly
