Blues Man Lyrics

Hey whatchu tryin’ to do?
Why you tryin’ to see through me baby
It’s way too hazy
Hey I’m still feelin’ the same
So don’t go tryin’ to change me baby
You can’t save me
So many people try to bring me down
They wouldn’t last a second in my town
Hey I’ve always been a blues man
Hey a little rhythmic blues man
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes
Unless you’re puttin’ up somethin’ to lose
I said, "Hey I’ve always been a blues man
Hey a little rhythmic blues man
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes tonight"
You stem so far from the truth
You hide inside all your talkin’ papers
Flashin’ statements

You never put your money down
And watched the big wheel go around and take it
Or end up naked
All you do is follow me around
Then you go ahead and ride it down
Hey I’ve always been a blues man
Hey a little rhythmic blues man
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes
Unless you’re puttin’ up somethin’ to lose
I said, "Hey I’ve always been a blues man
Hey a little rhythmic blues man
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes tonight"
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes
Unless you’re puttin’ up somethin’ to lose
I said, "Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes" Baby, baby
I said, "Hey I’ve always been a blues man
Hey a little rhythmic blues man
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes
Unless your puttin’ up somethin’ to lose"
I said, "Hey I’ve always been a blues man
Hey a little rhythmic blues man
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes
Unless your, unless your, unless your"
Hey I’ve always been a blues man
Hey a little rhythmic blues man
Don’t try walkin’ inside my shoes tonight

Uncle Kracker (born Matthew Shafer 9 November 1974 in Mount Clemens, Michigan) is an American rock and roll and country music musician.

He started out his career at a young age as a fledgling rapper. He met Kid Rock in 1987, and Rock asked Kracker to become his DJ. Kracker did not know how to work the turntables, but he soon learned how to, and he became a long-term friend and colleague of Rock.

Kracker worked with Kid Rock until he became a solo artist in 2000.

The My Hometown Songfacts reports that Kracker recorded Postcards From Home over seven weeks in early 2011. The album title was inspired by his hectic life on the road after his successful Happy Hour longplayer.
