There are at least three bands of this name.

Firstly there's the Icelandic laptop duo Plat that consists of Arnar Helgi Adalsteinsson and Vilhjálmur Pálsson. They produce harmonic ambient landscapes rich on well arranged errors, glitches, clicks and acoustic samples. They both play other instruments too (Arnar drums and Vilhjálmur guitar or bass) with several Icelandic groups of various genres. Their debut album Compulsion was released in 2005 on Unschooled Records.
