Break Me Down Lyrics

Give me a moment here, just enough to catch my breath
Something is happening here and it's scaring me to deathYou push me to the edge where I want to risk it all again
For the first time in a long time, I'm throwing caution to the windYou can break me down, if you want to break me down
Doesn't really matter how this crazy thing turns out'Cause you take me there where I lose myself
Just for a moment if nothing else
You can break me down, if you want to break me downYeah, it's the strangest thing but it all makes perfect sense
Funny how life falls in place when you dare to take a chanceYou push me to the edge where I want to risk it all again
So take me where you want to, I am willing to give inYou can break me down, if you want to break me down
Doesn't really matter how this crazy thing turns out'Cause you take me there where I lose myself
Just for a moment if nothing else
You can break me down, if you want to break me downOoh, yeahYou push me to the edge where I want to risk it all again
So take me where you want to, I am willing to give inYou can break me down, if you want to break me down
Doesn't really matter how this crazy thing turns out'Cause you take me there where I lose myself
Just for a moment if nothing else
You can break me down, if you want to break me down
You can break me down, if you want to break me downOoh, you can break me down
You can break me

She is most recognized for her crossover hit "How Do I Live" which, according to the Billboard charts, is one of the most successful songs in American music history, spending 69 weeks on the charts, more than any other song in American history. While country singer Trisha Yearwood's version of the song won a Grammy in 1998, Rimes' version outsold Yearwood's by millions of copies.
