Hometown: Philadelphia Flowchart (aka Sean O'Neal) is an apt name for this one-man electronica outing: the circular and repetitive synth lines move seamlessly through your mind, much like the lines and graphs that indicate the subtle variations on a -- that's right -- flowchart. The melodies are lilting and hypnotizing. Flowchart would be nothing without ABBA (or Free Design, to name-check something equally as saccharine but more obscure), soaking their '70s drama queen fandango deep in playful irony.
