Came Blue Lyrics

There's a hunger in my hands
I try to rub in into your body
But I don't believe in this
I don't believe in you
I don't believe in meI came blue, came blue
Came blue, came blueYour eyes are drunk
Why don't you close themI came blue, came blue
Came blue, came blueYour eyes are drunk
Why don't you close themI came blue
Like I pictured you to do?
I came blue, to do?Twenty seven years
I came blue
And there is still a hungerI came blue, I came blue
I came blue, I came blue
Came blue, came

Bill Callahan, born in Silver Spring, Maryland. Callahan followed the lo-fi genre of underground rock, with homemade tape-albums recorded on four track tape recorders. Later he signed a record contract with the label drag city. Callahan started out as a highly experimental artist, utilizing sub-standard instruments and recording equipment. His reason for using the lo-fi approach was not so much an aesthetic choice, rather it came from his lack of knowledge of recording studios, and fear of giving up control to professional engineers.
