Careless Whisper (Ft. Brian McKnight) Lyrics

I feel so unsure
As I take your hand and lead you to the dance floor
As the music dies, something in your eyes
Calls to mind the silver screen
And all its sad good-byesI'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a foolShoulda known better than to cheat a friend
And waste this chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with youTonight the music seems so loud
I am wishing that we could lose this crowd
But maybe it's better this way
We hurt each other with the things we wanna sayWe could have been so good together
We could have danced this dance forever
But no one's gonna dance with me
Please stayI'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm

Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're, know you're not a foolI shoulda known better than to cheat a friend
And waste this chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you
