Casting Such a Thin Shadow Lyrics

Speak up
My ears are growing weary
Ill sing this to the end
And watch the waves crash over meSpeak up
My ears are growing weary
Ill sing this to the end
And watch the waves crash over meNot too much to overcome
With enough time to turn it all around
In a picture perfect scenery
Ive become a stick figure illustrationMy eyes roll back
And focus on whats ahead
I can still stand if you lend
The hand to brace meIll take this on my own
Ill take this on my own
Ill take this on

Underoath (occasionally typeset as underOATH or UNDERØATH) were an American band originally formed on November 30, 1997 in Ocala, Florida, but later relocated to Tampa, Florida, which was home to some of their newer members.

During the band's early years, when they were fronted by former vocalist Dallas Taylor, Underoath displayed a heavier style than their later, more well-known work, incorporating disparate influences from death and black metal. With Taylor, they released Act of Depression, Cries of the Past, and The Changing of Times.
