Cavalcade Lyrics

I wish I wish I wish Around and about And I'm scared to go no where And I wish I wish I wish Around and about Cause, it 's where the train ride ends Down dime air and fall nowhere. Screaming is this your decision We were the best of friends, And I'll go nowhere. This isn't where, This isn't where I found you. That I run the world from city hall, And I knew you all.. And my life is such a ball And my life is such a ball.. That I run the world from city hall, And I own you all. Cause, Here's where the train ride ends. We were the best of friends Screaming "is this your decision?" And I'll go nowhere. This isn't where, This isn't where I found you. And this and this and this.. How where they ever? This isn't where, This isn't where I found you. Well welcome back race fans it's Cavalcade sport time again. Home of the hits. Here at the jamboree, How you doing Bob? And we see first, second behind my heart is my mind It's the last stretch And my heart.. my heart stays in the lead Third behind my mind is my body. Fourth behind my body is my soul And my heart stays in the lead. Coming around the stretch.. And rounding here is my heart Ah, uh, that was a good one Bob. Third behind my mind is my body Imagine you can stay in the lead And come second behind my heart is my mind Fourth behind my body is my soul That was a good one Bob. Don't touch. My heart stays in the lead. This isn't where, How were they ever? This isn't where I found you. And this, Home is where the heart is.. The heart is on the bus. (Give us a call, let us know you're still alive... thanks, bye)

Glassjaw is a highly influential post-hardcore band from Long Island, NY. They formed in the summer of 1993 after Palumbo and Beck met each other at camp. They recorded some demos before releasing the EP "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" in 1997, and recorded their first full length album "Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence" in 2000 on Roadrunner Records. The record brought the band out of Long Island and into the hands of a dedicated grass-roots following.
