C'est Lamour Lyrics

I felt it in my heart, that it was time
A change of scenery
To get a little lost, to feel alive
And reach beyond meI walked into the first cafe in France
I'm so clicheWhen I saw him, felt the room divide into pieces
Oh, the lights danced around us just like stars in the sky
One night in Paris with a man I barely knew, I'm lost in a moment
C'est la vie, c'est la chance, c'est l'amourIt happened all too fast, the perfect night
For perfect strangers
The way he wrapped the curls of his mustache
Around his fingersAnd like a little girl who's never been to Disneyland
And when I think I about him, I wish I had it all
To do again because
I wanna be just like Mary, so let them eat their cake

Rosi Golan is an Israeli born singer songwriter who has made many stops in her travels, including Germany, Paris, and finally ending up in Los Angeles at the age of nine, where she grew up. During her travels, she not only managed to hone her infectiously melodic songwriting, but also learned to speak three languages fluently: French, Hebrew and English. Rosi is indeed a long way from home, but certainly in the right place to showcase her unique talent for rich, dark melodies and a voice that not only draws you in, but still haunts you the next day.
