Champion Lyrics

And the crowds came down and the bullets ran out
if I had something to say I'd have said it by now
can you see me
isn't that enough
and I can take my time and whatever they prescribe
and I can keep my mind like a baby inside
keep calm
it's as easy as thatBut when pressure becomes courage
to rise up and out each morning
you're a CHAMPION!
you're my heroAnd I can't keep up with myself
I'm finding it too hard to accept your help
so just leave it with me
And I can't keep up with myself
I'm finding it too hard to accept your help
so just leave it with meControl the steps that you would naturally take
and by not putting limbs there
they don't get the chance to break keep calm

don't laugh too loud
so live as slow as straight as the promises you make
they'll love you so much more when you're only half awake
keep calm
it's as easy as thatBut when pressure becomes courage
to rise up and out each morning
you're a CHAMPION!
you're my hero
And I can't keep up with myself
I'm finding it too hard to accept your help
so just leave it with meAnd I can't keep up with myself
I'm finding it too hard to accept your help
so just leave it with me
