Charlie Was a Dancer Lyrics

Charlie was a dancer
At ten years old,
Charlie was a dancer
In his dreamsHe loved to watch old movies
With his mother there,
He loved to watch old movies
With Fred AstaireDance, Charlie, Dance,
You might never get the chance,
Dance, Charlie, Dance,
In your dreamsCharlies fourteenth birthday
Would have been today
His mother sits alone and you can hear her say
And you can hear her say
