Chemical Heart Lyrics

When,
look for a ride and you need to get high my friends.
spend all your time just a walkin around instead,
like black rose its somebody to hold for them,
for them.lets,
go outside have nothin to hide for free.
can't seem to see the forrest from the trees,
grass is always greener but how do you know we'll see,
we'll see.can't get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.
can't get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.forgotton,
maybe things are right on the other side undone.
better off wishin for the stars to kill the sun,

like packed rows that nobody can hold no one, no onecant get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.
can't get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.yeah!ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohWhen,
look for a ride and you need to get high my friends.
spend all your time just a walkin around instead,
like black rose its somebody to hold for them,
for them.cant get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.
can't get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.
yeah!
cant get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.
can't get started,
chemical heart.
everytime i get started,
you pull me apart.

Grinspoon are an Australian post-grunge band (formerly alternative metal) from Lismore, Australia, formed in 1995 by Phil Jamieson (vocals), Pat Davern (guitar), Joe Hansen (bass), and Kristian Hopes (drums). They gained fame when they were Unearthed by national commercial-free radio station Triple J with their track Sickfest.

The band was heavily influenced by grunge and alternative metal music in their early career, and developed a strong following among mosh pit crowds. Their sound changed to a more mainstream rock sound with their 2004 release Thrills, Kills & Sunday Pills, which caused them to lose many of their earlier fans while at the same time gaining a lot of new ones.
