Children of Tomorrow (Rastafari Children) Lyrics

Let's make it better for the children of tomorrow
For the children today
Let's make it better for the children of tomorrow
For the children todayMothers and fathers stop, and take a look around you
We've stood right here for light years
Time to move to higher ground
The whole world is angry, and feeding on itself
Said take care of all the children, cause they're our greatest wealthLet's make it better for the children of tomorrow
For the children today
Let's make it better for the children of tomorrow
For the children todayWhat about a dream of a better world
Where angels never die
Where true love is shared and hunger fed
We can make it, if we tryLet's make it better for the children of tomorrow
For the children today
Let's make it better for the children of tomorrow
For the children todayOpen your heart that we may hear
The cry of our children, they're crying far and nearLet's make it better for the children of tomorrow

For the children today
Let's make it better for the children of tomorrow
For the children today

Morgan Heritage is a reggae band formed by five children of famed reggae-artist Denroy Morgan. Despite their relative youth, they have been referred to as "reggae royalty". Having grown up in their father's music studio in the U.S. the group, then consisting of eight of the children, made their first appearance at Reggae Sunsplash in Jamaica. They were subsequently signed by MCA and released their debut album Miracles in 1994. They have since criticized Miracles as being overly pop-influenced.
