Clear blue sky & the good doctor Lyrics

If you find a yourself in a boxcar baby
Then you got rails to ride, You got rails to ride
But from love you cannot hideIf you wake up thirsty on some dry Monday
But Sunday wants back the well
Sunday wants back the well
Like the hole wants back the pailLeaning into a sideways rain
Waiting for the better days
I'm down from the mountaintop
Man has my view changed
Won't you let me stare into your
Dark and roving eyes
Won't you take me by the hand
To your clear blue sky
And sometimes it's raining in West Virgina
And some ones missing someone in Omaha
And sometimes LA, Is the darkest trip of allIf the song you sing can't make you happy
Then you really got the blues
You really got the blues

The only game that you can loseLeaning into a sideways rain
Waiting for the better days
I'm down from the mountaintop
Man has my view changed
Won't you let me stare into your
Dark and roving eyes
Won't you take me by the hand
To your clear blue sky
And as the sun comes up this morning
Same old charcoal grey sky friend
A blood red ambulance is screaming
Up 6th avenue again
These things happen without warning
Just like sadness, just like rain
The navigator has lost all feeling
And the good doctor has gone insane

In the fall of 2010, www.chrisrobinsonband.com appeared, fueling speculation that this would be Chris' new project with the advent of the Crowes hiatus. This was confirmed at the final date of the Say Goodnight to the Bad Guys Tour in San Francisco, when stickers advertising the band and the website were passed out promoting April 2011. Eventually, the project was titled the Chris Robinson Brotherhood, and a two months California tour was launched on March 29, 2011 at Soho in Santa Barbara, California. The Chris Robinson Brotherhood lineup includes Adam MacDougall (of the Black Crowes) on keyboards, George Sluppick on drums, Mark "Muddy" Dutton (of Burning Tree) on bass, and Neal Casal on guitar. Casal replaced Jonathan Wilson, who was initially announced as a member of the band, but left shortly after. CRB went into Sunset Studios to record an album in January 2012. Their first album, "Big Moon Ritual", will be released on June 5th, 2012,[4] with the companion album "The Magic Door" being released sometime in September 2012.[citation needed] CRB will also be releasing a 7" of "Blue Suede Shoes" & a live version "Girl, I Love You" for Record Store Day on April 21, 2012 Read more on Last.fm.
